WHO WE ARE
Over 50 years ago George Herczeg, who came to Canada in 1948, founded a real estate development company that became known for its revitalization and transformation of many Toronto neighbourhoods. Upon his passing in 2010 the City of Toronto recognized his accomplishments and contributions to the city and named a pedestrian walkway next to his office in his honour.
Today, Ron Herczeg, who joined his father after a career with a US brokerage firm, continues to pursue many of the same urban renewal principles and beliefs. INSOHO, is the evolution of Inaugural Source Homes and has also become synonymous with award nominated housing and condominium projects throughout the city. INSOHO believes in implementing the same principles of urban renewal and rejuvenation that were the founding principles of the company.
WHAT IS INFILL?
Infill housing is the process of building brand new homes on older lots in developed neighbourhoods. It allows you to have a new home in an existing neighbourhood, giving you the benefits of a mature neighbourhood with all the luxury of a new home.
